She created an innovative, one-of-a-kind networking business, Resources For Women, Inc. which she sold in 2000. She has produced unique systems that empower people.

Donna's workshops and presentations transform complex networking concepts into pragmatic, workable actions plans. She says, "Networking is not some fuzzy, abstract concept that's difficult to learn. It's fun, easy, and a necessity in today's world. I teach people how to create a powerful networking system and have fun at the same time." Her clients include the Quebec Business Women's Association; Arizona-Sonora Professional Women's Conference; Bonnie Prudden Myotherapy; the University of Phoenix and the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO).

In 2002, Donna wrote and published a booklet, "Networking Tips That Build Powerful Connections" which is being used as a networking primer, fund raiser, and for professional gifts.
